Summer Lights Glisten

When your setting is by the beach, no matter what the weather your under at the time (summer in my case for example) the sea breeze will always give you chills at night.
So, in order to be able to brave the sea breeze, I pulled over a long sleeved top on my sun dress, added a belt and tucked the blouse under the belt to make it look like it's a skirt-blouse tandem.
Forgive me for the crappy photos once again. None of us just knows night photography.

Let's Go To The Beach --

What happens when you go to a place where people would walk kilometres just to get to the stall they like and do this all day and most people are wide awake at night? You sleep very early due to exhaustion and lack of further interest to go on.
Well, forgive the crap talk. But don't get me mistaken. I enjoyed Boracay and there is no point in questioning  that.
Upon arriving the very modernized island of Boracay, we went straight to La Carmela de Boracay via a tricycle where we had a reservation.

After getting things cleared and dressing up beach/pool ready, we went out and did the usual Bora thing. Walk through all the stations and see what you can find, buy what you like. Well, this is me having my usual dose of milk tea having this cool "road sign" as my background.
We didn't have much on our agenda so we rode buggys the next day.
Mom's game face? On! Haha.

The buggy costs 1600 Php an hour and the guide will take you to this view deck where you pay 200 pesos/pax just to see the whole island of Boracay.
To sum it all up, my Boracary experience might not be as adventurous as others, I had fun spending time relaxing by the beach, seeing things I've never seen before and having time with the whole family.
Next stop: Kalibo!

Ombre and Peeking

So, hi again readers after an 11 day blogging hiatus! Sorry 'bout that but seriously, not every corner of the world has Wifi even if you have a mobile Wifi with you.
A day at the beach, by the shore would be nice, and dipping in to the water would be so refreshing. Though I have other things in mind.
During summer time, the beach is crowded and I don't like crowded places. Plus, I don't like dipping in the pool or the sea water. The pool dries my skin which I totally hate, and the sand from the sea sticks all over my body which totally irritates me. I'm, not sort of, but really weird.
This is what I wore when we roamed around the stations of Boracay. Could you believe I forgot to put on sun block (or I was too lazy), but I didn't gain a dark complexion? Cool right? And I'm simply so happy about it.
Anyway, there are no pictures here where I remove the ombre top I DIYed. I just can't find a picture of me without it or even properly crop one. I have one, and only one on IG that's linked to my FB.
Watch out for photos of my 10 day summer escapade!
