One More Time

Hey there once again my dear readers! For the past few weeks, I never turned on, touched, or even thought of turning my baby laptop on for non academic purposes. I don't know if I'm just lazy or I'm purely motivated to do better. Though I want it to be the latter, I guess it's the former.

Aaaaaaand! I wore them skirts on a non school day once again! I'm so happy that my skin problems are lessening. I sure would be glad if I'd be more concious and stop scratching my skin. 

Because I haven't spiced up my outfits for a long time now, I decided to play it up a bit. Bright pink top but slightly boyish structure, half open making a black under shirt peek paired with a houndstooth skirt in black and violet. Then I chose black accessories and a white pair of rubber soles to complete the whole  twisted-Lira-style. 

I took my dad a few moments to take in everything and accept the fact that my chosen apparel for that day was slightly uncommon for some people.

Split Personality

We, as normal human beings don't just stick to the person everyone thinks we are.We all have that other side, alter ego, different personality that we don't always unleash unless we're sad, mad or just looking for a confidence boost. What ever the reason is, it's your call.

Lately, I've been catching myself wear less of what I usually do and more of explore what other personalities my clothes can offer. It's not bad. No. It's just not normal for me. Though, exploring other types of fashion is good, I just have some getting used to to work with.

Yesterday, I was running around in my room trying out different cover-ups that looked sweet, or classic or anything but edge or boyish. But, what can I say? This long sleeved rolled up polo shirt fit the combination best. So, I injected red to this whole thing in every way possible.

The cuff bracelet I wore has been with me for almost four years now and it's not even appeared in this blog for more than five times. Talk about getting lost in the sea of things in the same genre. 

And as if I still lack yellow watches, I felt that it was necessary to use my brother's black and yellow watch. It had the right amount of yellow and enough spunk to go with the whole outfit.

Hot Fudge

Because I've be downing cups of hot fudge sundae (not always hot fudge but I'm pretty sure it's a sundae) for a few days straight in the previous week, these pants of mine completely remind me of those white delights. 

So, I wouldn't want to give you an illusion of short legs and freak the crap out of you (if you could notice, the photo above and below look like they've been separated from a single photo), I decided to put text in between.

To me, teal and brown have always looked good together. I don't know why but I find them soothing when worn with each other like the comfort a chocolate bar gives an overly stressed person. Now, why put gold? Well, I figured it would go better if all the soothing pleasures would be balanced out with a metal-thingy colour.

And now, say hello to the life of my PE uniform party. These soles are my new favourite feet buddies! Courtesy of my not so little any more brother.
