One More Time

Hey there once again my dear readers! For the past few weeks, I never turned on, touched, or even thought of turning my baby laptop on for non academic purposes. I don't know if I'm just lazy or I'm purely motivated to do better. Though I want it to be the latter, I guess it's the former.

Aaaaaaand! I wore them skirts on a non school day once again! I'm so happy that my skin problems are lessening. I sure would be glad if I'd be more concious and stop scratching my skin. 

Because I haven't spiced up my outfits for a long time now, I decided to play it up a bit. Bright pink top but slightly boyish structure, half open making a black under shirt peek paired with a houndstooth skirt in black and violet. Then I chose black accessories and a white pair of rubber soles to complete the whole  twisted-Lira-style. 

I took my dad a few moments to take in everything and accept the fact that my chosen apparel for that day was slightly uncommon for some people.

A Few Nautical Miles Away

One of the most talked about issues here in the Philippines is who owns what island, who's fault was it, should we be charged for this, did they really cross the line, are we ever gonna get them to leave and so much more that involves Philippine territory if I'm ever making sense right now. Being the Filipino by blood, of course I'm rooting for the Philippines. But I don't want to start an argument so let's leave it at that.

In other news, I've been once again missing in action for a whole week. I know it's summer and I have no excuse not to be able to blog but lack of daily itinerary (which I didn't lack) or clothes to wear (also not) or zero time (not even applicable), so which sums up to me owing you guys an apology. And in advance, I'm sorry that i won't be able to blog as regularly as last school year since I have better things to do for school. #pangakongmapapako

Anyway, doesn't this outfit feel nautical? I always find myself wearing red, blue and white altogether and it always involves stripes (I just don't get to blog 'em). I intended to wear something comfortable for a first not-school-time-yet-but-we-were-asked-to-go-to-school but not thinking about possible pumping issues until I realized I was already running late. Good thing we weren't asked to do any, even half.

Brown and White and, is this Pink?

I seriously adore people who tease me with the famous Facebook line of mine, "New post is up!". Though it was half meant to irritate me, it actually tells me that people actually READ my posts even if they limit it on my Facebook posts. 

I double adore people who actually checks my title and makes up their own title for me every time we'd be asked to wear a civilian attire or if I ever cross paths with a reader friend.

I triple, or maybe quadruple (or whatever rate you want above 2 and less than infinity) adore people who could actually copy my format of writing. It's as if they've gone through my mind and made it a point to analyse how I construct my sentences.

And I adore x10 to the power of a drunk 8 the people who could memorize my titles, notice my brands and how often a single brand appears, tambay at my blog, and the list goes on.

So, add up and tell me how much I adore you. Lol.

(My face looks round. Like, not proportionate with the other parts of my body type of round. And my leg looks like it's going to fold in the opposite direction.)

In this case, one of my brothers from another mother made this title and I guess it kind of stuck, or I'm an idea dried up mole.

 So I have told you, I'm out of creativity so I'm just going to edit this post when I can and if I ever find the right words for this post. In the meantime, go get yourself busy computing how much I adore you.

Anddddd, check out today's arm party! Zipper bracelets made by the one and only Bianca Sylina Pe. I seriously loved these thingies, if I ever own a fashion line or boutique or whatever, I'd consider these to be one of my items and name it Sylina (and it would be sold out in minutes. Hahaha. What a dreamer I could get). Anyway, thanks again Bianca :)

Pop of Neon

Because we were required by our group leader, Noy, to wear black for I-don't-know-why reasons (nobody else could answer me either), I wore this over sized shirt I got from our ACSI leadership seminar and black leggings under my shorts (because, you know, the ban?). But I just couldn't wear an all black ensemble throughout the day.

So I chose to wear these old shorts I DIYed with neon fabric paint (it glows in the dark ;D ), a neon pink belt and neon spiky bracelets to give the outfit some pop pop of color here and there.

And because it would be odd if the sun wasn't up at Baywalk on a day like this, I was equipped with these John Lennon-ish shades. 

If you haven't thought about it yet, I'mma tell you this. This outfit is way beyond my comfort zone. It's the first time I've stepped out of the house in a leggings-under-shorts piece and a dominantly black combination.

This photo makes me kilig. Teehee. The wind-blowing-my-hair effect is just perfff.

Looking Happy, Feeling Blue

Don't be dragged by my title. I look and FEEL happy despite the fact that periodical exams begin on Monday. Yes, I reviewed. No, I'm not stressed out YET. Haha.

Th hat that caught my attention even when I was a basketball court away from the shop. I bought this during last school year's field trip day. When I had the chance, I left the group and immediately went straight to where this hat was being sold. Without thinking twice, I bout the hat! :)

There are those pouting lips again. They do that involuntarily and my best friend would often tease me saying "Sarap sabitan ng something yung nguso mo". Haha :))

Those playful poses. I don't know why but I started to love posing for the camera in a wacky pose recently. I just makes me feel like a super duper kulit bata again (like I'm not super kulit right now :D).

I've fallen in love with these shoes and I've started wearing them every week. They're just too comfy to resist.

What Sport?

I ain't got any sport. Today, everyone was like "Lirs, badminton practice isn't supposed to be here at school." or "You look like you're going to play lawn tennis" etc. etc... 

I've never had any sport. I may have tried badminton and swimming once, got a suggestion from my family to try lawn tennis or friends saying I should try gymnastics, nothing ever worked for me. I just wasn't the athletic type. Plus, I always get nervous every time I cross a court where some people are playing, thinking I'd get hit. Anyway. Down to my outfit.

I just wanted to feel super comfortable in my clothes today since my entire morning was scheduled for mass demonstration practice and the afternoon was for the movies. 

The kid inside me was screaming for fun so, playground + comfy attire = fun pictorial!

I took the opportunity to have my look photos taken at our schools playground since nobody was playing there at that time. I rarely get opportunities like this so I really had to grab this one.

This was actually stolen. I wouldn't pose for a camera like this. And look at my lips. Pouting like they always did. Why oh why am I blessed with these lips? :/

Color Blocking All The Way!

I along with 19 other student and two teachers went to Laguna to attend a leadership seminar/ conference. Forgive me for not having any proper look photos because everyone was so busy having fun when we arrived at Manila. 

So here's what I wore.

My weird eyes. It's my own pair of eyes but I wonder why all the white parts hide whenever I smile. It's still a mystery and it seems odd to me though a lot of people find it unique.
